Request for Quotation (RFQ)

The American Consulate in Nogales, Mexico, has a requirement for professional engineering construction services to paint perimeter exterior wall, fence and gates in the Consulate building in Nogales, Mexico.

These wall is located on the limit of the property in the south, east and west direction. You are invited to attend a General Information Meeting and then submit a quotation.

This project consists of:
*   Painting the exterior wall and fence.
*   Painting the pedestrian doors.
*   Painting the gates.

The request for quotation (RFQ) consists of the following sections:
1.- General description & basic information.
2.- Statement of work to include technical specifications.
3.- Evaluation elements.

The American Consulate in Nogales plans to award a Purchase Order. You are encouraged to make your quote competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regards to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ (Request for Quotation) does not commit the American Consulate in Nogales to make any award. The Consulate may cancel this RFQ or any part of it, if it deems it appropriate.

At this meeting, we will provide you with all the necessary specifications regarding this project and a Site Visit before your completion of a final quotation. We will be accepting bids until June 25, 2009, 12:00 none to submit your final quotation at the US Consulate in Nogales, Mexico. Construction will begin in July 2009.
